Am I at risk for HIV?

I had a 2 month fling with a guy who I am not sure was monogamous during our romance. He had slept with approximately 40 women, several compared to my now 3. I foolishly had unprotected sex with him though he never ejaculated inside of me except during oral sex. I'm not sure of his HIV status so approximately 2 weeks after our last encounter, and 10 weeks after our first, I went and took an STD test. Everything came out clean. What is the liklihood of my having HIV? I'm going to retest again soon since it has now been 6 weeks since our last encounter but I am just looking for some hopefully soothing information.
