Look dude, I'm sorry to tell you this, but I think that your misinterpreting what she's telling you. My personal opinion is that since she told you that she DOES NOT have feelings for you, she most likely doesn't. Even though she's acting kinda flirty with you, that might just mean she's being nice. Honestly, my advice is, if you want to become friends with her, you shouldn't have a high expectation, and you run the risk of her placing you in the friend zone, or even worse, the BEST friend zone. Where she will not know that you like her, and tell you about all the guys she likes and YOU will be left to set them up!
