My Pantech Cruix randomly stopped charging. I called Verizon and they said I no longer had warrenty for my phone, and that I had insurance, so I could file a claim and be sent a new battery and charger. I'm worried that they are going to cheap me out on the battery, or that I foolishly bought a new battery, when I really need a new phone. Money is tight, and theres no way I can purchase another phone until I start my new job. Has anyone had any luck with a similar predicament?
