Gave my debit card impression to a stranger and signed a fraudulent contract. Reported the scam to authorities?

OF COURSE you did the right thing by informing the dean. what they were doing is illegal, and in court it will hurt their case that they were doing it illegally. im not a lawyer, but i know you can countersue for fraud. good luck!
