I am just over 13 weeks pregnant and I am spotting blood almost every morning.?

I have gone to the Emergency room twice. They do all the blood tests and Ultrasounds and the baby is fine. They say there is no visible bleeding in the womb and they are not sure why I'm bleeding. I don't feel any pain either. They said some women bleed during their pregnancy and everything is ok. Has anyone ever gone through this??
