well if you want to be friends with her then just talk to her or ask to hang out .you don't want to be friends and then imeditally ask her out cause its going to be to sudden for her so you just you know be friends hang out and get to know her and for her to get to know you and probably once she starts being comfrontable around you then u could ask her if she likes you.you just have to let her get used to being around and open with you
