Is it true that gay men have more testosterone than straight men...?

(p < .01) is not a significant amount, the sign < means less than so it's less than one percent. Testosterone is measure in nanograms per deciliter or ng/dl and an average level of testosterone would be around 500 ng/dl for a man age 25, therefore .01 of 500 is only 5 nanograms. Your testosterone fluctuates more than 5 ng/dl during any day and a nanogram is only one millionth (1/1,000,000) of a gram. It's hard to even conceive such a small amount. Anyway 5 ng/dl would not even be noticeable.
