Swallowed My tongue bar..?

Okay about 21 hours ago, I foolishly swallowed the screw ball to my tongue bar then I swallowed the rest of it, by accident. Does anyone know when it will pass? I had diarrohea about half and hour ago. How long does it take to pass through? If anyone knows any useful info, or has had this before, please tell me :) many thanks..
