Quite scared now windows pc not starting?

Ok so from what i can gather the problem you are having is that while your pc starts up it does not go into windows. It seems that when you switched you pc off while it was updating caused windows to be corrupted. What you can do is put the pc on and put in the windows disk and boot from it. Then choose to repair and it will go to the last restore point.
